Job Features & Overviews

  • 5-8 years Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successful project completions. Conduct business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost versus benefit measurements.
  • Analyze and map clients' business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports detailing project status, defect resolution progress, and client interactions. Share progress updates and MOMs with management or reporting manager regularly.
  • Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives. Perform sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and sprint retros.
  • Provide financial reporting and analysis including, budget/forecasting, working capital, Group reporting, supplementary packs and ad-hoc requests as needed.
  • Help the team establish and maintain a predictable velocity, making it easier to plan and meet stakeholder expectations. Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team, especially when dealing with complex enhancements or technical debt.

Education Requirements

  • B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization. M.Tech/MCA/MBA or Any Postgraduate is a Plus.
  • For B.B.A/ B.M.S or MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization gives more Priority
  • PMP Certification preferred or IPMA certified / VCA VOL or ISO 45001 (formal OHSAS) safety certified.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Languages: Professional proficiency in English is a must.
